Buying tickets online

  • After paying for online orders, the electronic ticket sales system sends them as a PDF file to the e-mail address provided in the order (make sure they have not been sent to the spam folder);
  • Tickets valid online and available by post after ordering should be given to the ticket agent at the entrance to the exhibition or. Available as a paper printout or electronically on a mobile device. If you purchase a reduced ticket, you must also include the document entitling you to the discount;
  • Tickets for visiting exhibitions can be purchased online 60 minutes before the scheduled viewing available on site;

Permanent Exhibition

Designed for visitors ages 6 and up (the youngest guests will definitely like the interactive stations, while older patrons will enjoy the history of the Animated Films Studio and the behind-the-scenes look at animation production);


  • The exhibition is open Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Monday) in the following hours: Tue–Fri: 9.00am–4.00pm, Sat–Sun: 10.00am–6.00pm


  • Entry to the exhibition is permitted only on specific hours; 


  • Be sure to arrive at the OKO 15 minutes before the entry time specified on your ticket; 


  • The number of guests allowed at the exhibition at any one time is limited;

  • You can get your tickets online or at the venue ticket counter, but the available pool is limited; 
  • Tickets can either be printed or displayed on a mobile device.

We love hosting organized groups at OKO! 

Here, everything is possible and everyone gets to be who they want. The rules are simple – whatever happens, the story must conclude with a happy end. But along the way, you’re free to embrace as much fun and creative effort as you want. No better place than a story! 

  • Designed for visitors ages 6 and up;
  • Estimated visiting time: 90–120 minutes;
  • The Animated Film Studio does not offer guided tours,
  • For safety and security reasons, the OKO building can hold only a limited number of people at any one time. Organized groups entering at a given hour can be no bigger than 30 persons (including the guardians);
  • The ground floor of the OKO building holds a café and a souvenir shop; 
  • Group tickets are available at 30 PLN per person; guardian tickets are available for 1 PLN (1 guardian for every 10 students);

Reservations for group visit tickets will be opened May 20, 2024, and available Mon–Fri from 9.00am to 1.00pm
